To the Editor:
I would like to give a big shout out to one of, if not the best waitress in Bayonne. Her name is Dominique Sita and she works at Pizza Masters. Like all of you, I love receiving fantastic service when I go out to eat with family. You get it all when you stop at Pizza Masters of Bayonne – great food, reasonable prices and a fine young lady who could write the book on terrific customer service.
Dominique immediately greets you with a big smile and a friendly greeting so that when you walk in the door at Pizza Masters, she makes you feel like you’re part of her family and appreciates that you’re back again. She immediately lets you know she will be right with you, remembers what you usually order (a sign of someone who cares about the customer) and, after taking your order, moves at Olympic speed. She constantly comes back to your table asking if you need anything else, how you are doing and how is the food (of course it is always good at Pizza Masters) and does this all the time with a smile. Add to the mix a personality you would kill for, and you have yourself a great waitress.
When I have Dominique Sita waiting my table, along with eating some great food at Pizza Masters, I’m in heaven. If I owned a business, I would hire this young lady in a second. Dominique, continue to do what you do, as people do notice and appreciate great service, a sometimes lost art in today’s society.
