Congressman Steve Rothman (D-NJ) announced a $5 million HIV Emergency Relief Project Grant for Hudson County Wednesday that could provide funds for low income and under-insured people living with the HIV or AIDS.
“These funds will improve care for low income and under insured people living with HIV/AIDS,” said Rothman. “Every federal dollar that is brought back for important local projects like this one is one less dollar that the already overburdened local taxpayers have to take out of their pocket.”
