Where to watch the Super Bowl locally (or order food)

The Reporter has you covered for Giants vs. Patriots

Hoboken resident and quarterback Eli Manning will lead the New York Giants into Indianapolis on Sunday for a chance to win his second Super Bowl ring, and the fourth in New York Giants history. Unless you’re willing to shell out thousands of dollars to see it in person, the big question is: Where will you watch the big game?
The Reporter has compiled a list of top spots in Hoboken and Jersey City where you can watch the Giants take on the New England Patriots on Feb. 6 at 6:30 p.m.

In Hoboken

At Wicked Wolf (120 Sinatra Dr.), a consistent Giants hotspot, fans are urged to arrive early, and will be rewarded if they do. From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., Wicked Wolf will offer $3 pints of Bud Light, and then $15 Bud Light towers and buckets all day, as well as .50 wings. But if you don’t want to fight the crowd and bump shoulders with hundreds of other fans, the Wicked Wolf is also offering deals on wings to go, including: buy 20 wings, get 10 free; buy 40 wings, get 20 free; and buy 60 wings, get 30 free.
On First Street at the Shannon (106 First St.), the first 100 fans will be offered “free spirit towels.” Super Bowl Sunday at the Shannon will also have “predict the play” raffles with prizes. The Shannon will also have “lots of giveaways and plenty of drink specials.” And, if you enjoy listening to Avicii and other dance music after a football game, the Shannon is also hosting “Hoboken’s hottest dance party after the game.”
