A mass of Christian burial was performed Jan. 28 at St. Ann’s Polish Church for Mary Milos, 86. She passed away Jan. 25. A lifelong resident of Jersey City, Mary was born in the same house that she resided in and was a very active communicant of St. Ann’s Polish Church for her entire life. A friendly and outgoing person, Mary was the Social Director for St. Ann’s Senior Citizens and loved her trips to Atlantic City. She was also an active member of her community, working the election polls as well. Mary was the wife of the late Onufry Milos; mother of Bruce Milos, Gregory Milos and wife Patricia, John Milos and wife Theresa, Pamela Plaza and husband Thomas and Joyce Walker; sister of Joseph Mickiewicz, Ann Maynard, Florence Tracy and the late Louis Mickiewicz and Rose Ciezobka; and grandmother of 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
