A funeral mass was offered Feb. 1 at Sts. Joseph and Michael Church for Icela Castillo. She passed away Jan. 28. She was born in Cuba and lived for many years in Union City. She was an owner and seamstress for Eloisa Sports Ware, in Union City, for many years before retiring. Icela was the wife of the late Demetrio Ruben Castillo and the mother of Christina Fernandez, Eloisa V. Castillo and Demetrio Ruben Castillo. She was the sister of Adelfa, Armando and Jesus Rodriguez. She was also the grandmother of; Stephanie Fernandez, Joseph Castillo, Britney Fernandez, Demetrio Ruben Castillo, Samantha Fernandez and Kaleigh Castillo.
