Funeral services have been held for Concetta Parsons, 91. She passed away Nov. 29. She was a lifelong Jersey City resident and a sewing teacher at St. Aloysius Academy for 20 years. She was the wife of the late Francis Parsons; mother of Frank and wife Mary Lou Parsons; Mary Lou and husband Frank Salzer; Celeste and husband John Giarratana; grandmother of J. Celeste, Rick and Erica Salzer and Francesca Giarratana; great-grandmother of Rex and Ryder Salzer; and aunt to Michael and wife Linda Benedetti and Colombe Marcasiano.
