A funeral mass was offered Nov. 16 at St John’s RC Church, Hoboken, for Christina Vogel, formerly of Hoboken. She died peacefully Nov. 11. Christina was born in Hoboken and lived most of her life in Hoboken, spending the last five years in Jersey City. She worked for the Expanding Envelope Company of Jersey City; she was a member of Local Trade Union 264. She was wife of the late Harold Vogel and mother of the late John Vogel; mother of Elizabeth Ferrari, Ann O’Mara and George Vogel; sister of Rita Wizikowski; grandmother of twelve, great-grandmother of 23, and great-great-grandmother of 11. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services arranged by the Houghton Funeral Home, Jersey City.
