Funeral services were held Nov. 14 at Temple Beth- El, Jersey City, for Buddy Frank, 83. He passed away peacefully with his family by his side on Nov. 12. Buddy was born and lived in Jersey City before moving to Summit 15 years ago. He practiced law in Jersey City and elsewhere throughout the state and served for many years in the County Counsel office in Hudson County. He taught law at Rutgers University. He served on the board of trustees of temple Beth-El of Jersey City for decades. He also served as president of the Jersey City Jewish Community Center and the Jewish Family and Counseling Service of Jersey City, Bayonne and Hoboken. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandy Press Frank; his children, Lynda and Scott Rash and David and Sherry Frank; and grandchildren, Zakariya and Aliyah.
