The annual Ragamuffin Parade on Halloween featured hundreds of creative costumes and Hoboken families marching down Washington Street. The parade started uptown on Washington Street and participants marched all the way downtown to the Little League Field near River and Fourth streets.
The event is organized by the city of Hoboken’s Department of Cultural Affairs, led by Geri Fallo.
