On Monday, October 24, 2011; beloved wife of the late Mieczyslaw (Mitchell) Kosakowski; loving mother of Eugene and wife Christine, and the late Michael Robert; adoring grandmother of Janine Arcuni and husband Sal, and Jennifer Czerwienski and husband Jonathan; dear godmother of Marya Hudak; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews; predeceased by seven brothers and sisters.
