HUDSON COUNTY — PSE&G said that as of 7:15 a.m. on Monday, approximately 1,300 Hudson County residents were having a spooky Halloween morning with no power.
However, they expected that number to dwindle during the day.
There were 145,000 customers statewide without power, the company said.
“The hardest hit areas were really Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties with downed trees and power lines,” said a spokesman.
One observer said that parks of Park Avenue in Weehawken suffered a power outage on Sunday.
