Ragamuffin Parade in Hoboken kicks off at 4 p.m. on Halloween

HOBOKEN – The famous Hoboken Ragamuffin Parade begins on Oct. 31 at 4 p.m., with the line of march beginning at 3:30 p.m, contrary to prior information that stated that the parade begins at 3 p.m.
The line of march begins on Washington Street between 13th and 14th streets. The parade features bands, floats, and more, followed by a costume contest at the Little League Field on Fifth Street. Prizes are awarded in five age categories. – Ray Smith
