An 85th birthday celebration was held recently at Angelica’s Restaurant, Sea Bright, New Jersey for former Hudson County Executive Ed Clark. Clark served the people of Hudson County since the 1960’s as a Freeholder, Freeholder Director and was elected as the first County Executive of Hudson. The form of government was changed by the voters to the County Executive Form in 1977 and Clark served from then until 1988 as the Executive.
