There will be Halloween mask making w/ IBOU NDOYE (using recycled materials) at Gallery 1200 @ 1200 Washington St. Hoboken, NJ 07030, 1 p.m., Oct. 29.
With his experience in art and toy making, Ibou will open the child’s mind to the idea of finding a second function for discarded materials. Who would have thought an empty laundry detergent bottle could be turned into a Halloween mask? Come enjoy the fun!
Children must be 5 years old and up. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children will work with recycled materials to make their masks including cardboard, bottles, and newspapers. Materials will be supplied. Space is limited so please SIGN UP in advance. $10 donation per child at the door.
