GUTTENBERG – A North Bergen man was arrested after allegedly punching a juvenile in the face and then flipping him over the man’s head outside of a bar, Guttenberg police say.
A 39-year-old resident allegedly exited a tavern at 71st Street and Park Avenue, and allegedly proceeded to assault a 17-year-old male. He then allegedly “told EMS that he had used cocaine and consumed a large amount of alcohol,” according to the police report.
