500-2,000 still without power in Hudson County on Tuesday

HUDSON COUNTY – Power outages were still being reported in Hudson County on Tuesday morning, two days after Hurricane Irene passed through the area.
PSE&G’s website put the number of people still without power in Hudson County between 501-2,000 on Tuesday morning.
Bayonne, Guttenberg, Hoboken, Jersey City, North Bergen, Secaucus, Union City, Weehawken, and West New York each had between 1-500 customer outages as of Tuesday morning, according to the PSE&G website.
Other areas of the state, including Middlesex and Union counties, still had more than 10,000 people without power.
