HOBOKEN AND BEYOND – In case you haven’t heard, the National Football League lockout was lifted and teams are already in training camp preparing for the 2011-2012 season.
In the Midweek Reporter last week, we spoke to Hoboken bar owners about what the end of the lockout means for their businesses.
We also included a poll, because we want to know if Hoboken is a Giants or a Jets town. With over 1,000 views for the story, the poll is still very tight.

If Hudson County residents are looking to see some professional football for free (and hang out with Hoboken resident Eli Manning), the Giants are holding their training camp sessions in East Rutherford this year at their training complex in the Meadowlands. The camp is open to the public, and practices usually run from 6 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. Click HERE for the full schedule.
The Jets practices are held in Florham Park, and are also open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis. Their full training camp schedule has not yet been released.- Ray Smith
