Kosakowski, and Geri Petlik and husband Carl; dear sister of Elizabeth Pollini and husband Dr. Martin Pollini, and the late Cecilia Shea and husband Raymond, and Hedwig and Frank Czajkowski; adored grandmother of Andrea and Victoria Russo; also survived by many loving and caring nieces, nephews and cousins; daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Wojcik) Czajkowski.
