NORTH BERGEN AND BEYOND — A couple accused of the murder of a North Bergen man in an Atlantic City casino parking garage have a full year before they have to go to trial, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
Martin Caballero, 47, of North Bergen, was vacationing to Atlantic City to celebrate his daughter’s birthday on May 21, 2010. While parking his car, he was allegedly kidnapped by Craig Arno, 45, of Atlantic City, and Jessica Kisby, 25, of Egg Harbor.
Due to the complication of the case, both Kisby and Arno’s attorneys have asked for more time to prepare. The couple is charged with carjacking and murder.
