HOBOKEN — On Tuesday, May 31, the city of Hoboken plans to hold a community meeting about redevelopment near the Hoboken Terminal and Rail Yards property. The meeting is at the Rue School Auditorium, 301 Garden St., from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
There are two phases in the redevelopment plan.
Phase I of the redevelopment plan will be prepared first, focusing on the 1.8-acre portion along Hudson Place – One Hudson Place. The plan for Phase 2 of the plan will include the remaining portion of the 52-acre Hoboken Terminal and Yards.
The May 31 meeting invites residents to participate in a conversation about Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the redevelopment plan.
