Dear Editor:
On May 6 a lovely lady named Emma Grohmann passed to Spirit at the age of 95. Emma lived most of her life in Hoboken on Bloomfield Street after arriving here as a young married lady from Germany. It was here that she and her husband raised a family.
Those of us who knew her loved her deeply. Emma always had a good word and smile to share. She held the personal philosophy that “rain was liquid sunshine.”
We ask that Emma Grohmann be remembered.
