79-year-old man arrested at HUMC

Edelmiro Roig, 79, of Hudson Street, was arrested on March 21 at approximately 3:30 a.m. at Hoboken University Medical Center and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.
Police were dispatched to the hospital on a report of a disorderly person. Upon arrival, the nursing staff told police they were having trouble with a family member of a patient.
