Veteran Real Estate Advertising and Marketing Executive Joins Max Spann

A veteran real estate advertising and marketing executive has joined Max Spann Real Estate & Auction Co. as a regional director of business development. Debbie Cangi, of Monroe Twp., comes to Max Spann from a daily newspaper, where she worked for 26 years as an advertising account executive specializing in servicing the print and internet advertising needs of the New Jersey real estate community. Cangi got her start in Hudson County at Pictorial Newspapers, which was owned by her father, David Cangi. The chain of weekly newspapers was sold in 1984 and is now known as the Hudson Reporter Group.
Cangi is a member of New Jersey Builders Association, the Shore Builders Association of Central Jersey, and ICREW (Industrial & Commercial Executive Women). She is a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey. Max Spann, which was founded in 1890, specializes in auctioning high-quality real estate through an accelerated marketing program that creates a sense of urgency in the marketplace, allowing sellers to control the timing and sale of their properties.
