Funeral services were held Feb. 15 for Georgina Freire, 89. She passed away Feb. 11. Georgina was born in Ambatu, Ecuador and was a homemaker. She was the wife of Efrain R. Freire; mother to Romulo Freire, Amelia Rodriguez, Georgina P. Vera, David F. Freire, Ruth Freire, Sara E. Freire, the late Martha Freire Gierbolini (1991) and Debbie Lizardo; grandmother to Celia, Henry, Jimmy, Priscilla, Erick, Daniel, Paul, Andrew, David, Joel, Ariel, Katherine and Ruben; great grandmother to four great-grandchildren; and mother-in-law to Lourdes, Gerald, Bernardo, Martha and Jenry. Georgina is also survived by many family members and friends. Services arranged by the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, Cliffside Park.
