Funeral services were held Feb. 14 at Monumental Baptist Church, Jersey City, for James A. Daniel, Jr. He passed away on Feb. 8. He was a driver for Langer Transportation Company. He was the husband of Nancy Daniel; father of James III, Michael, and Anthony Daniel and Margo Hicks; brother of Samuel, Carolyn, and Mary Daniel and Herbert Lewis; father-in-law of Jervon Hicks and Phyllis Ramona; and also survived by a and companion Gladys Singleton; 12 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Services arranged by the Watson Mortuary Service, Jersey City.
