Dear Editor:
The recent “gotcha” by an overzealous TV reporter against State Senator and Union City Mayor Brian Stack are an over-the-top reach to create controversy where none exists. I have known Senator Stack professionally for over 15 years. I have seen and heard him speak and know plenty of his political associates. Never once have I heard anyone attack his character or honesty. You may not like his hard-ball brand of politics, but he does get things done for his constituents and that’s what counts. Look beyond these minor blips on the radar and watch Stack as he sets new heights for hard work, ethics and accomplishments for other elected officials to emulate.
