To the Editor:
On behalf of the Windmill Alliance Inc. and in particular, the staff and volunteers at Highways, we would like to sincerely thank Mrs. Joan Caputo and her family for remembering us and the needs of the many people we serve during their time of grief. We join Joan and her family in remembering and celebrating the life of Thomas, their beloved husband and father.
