Private funeral services have taken place for Robert M. Sarch, 60. He passed away Dec. 28. Robert was born in Brooklyn, and lived in Jersey City for the past 27 years. He was employed by the Kearny Board of Education as a Learning Disability Teachers Consultant on the Child Study Team, as well as an Adjunct Professor of Education for New Jersey City University. Robert was the husband of Sharon and father of David Sarch. He was the brother of Carol Green and her husband Dr. Bruce Green of Atlanta, Ga., and Francine Barry and her husband Paul Barry of Albany, N.Y. He was the uncle of Richard and Meghan Green, Erica and Michael Kim, Stefanie Barry and Danielle Barry. He was also the great uncle of three. Robert worked endlessly for animal causes, March of Dimes, Leukemia Fund and various needs causes. Services arranged by Gutterman Bros., Bayonne.
