ROMAN, PRISCILLA

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Jan. 8 at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Jersey City, for Priscilla Roman, 60. She passed away Jan. 4 at Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico to the late Francisco and Carmen Roman, she lived most of her life in Jersey City. Priscilla was a homemaker, who tended to every need of her children and grandchildren. She was a woman with a heart of gold and both, humble and caring. Her fun-personality and generosity will be deeply missed by everyone who was fortunate to have known her. She was the mother of Mario, Edgar and Alexandria Rodriguez and Elizabeth Roman; and sister of Armando, Osvaldo, Anthony, Robert, Wilfredo, Awilda and Evelyn Roman and of the late Margie, Doris, Frank and Eliser Roman. She was the grandmother, or as she was more affectionately known as “Nana,” to seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Services arranged by the Introcaso-Angelo Funeral Home, Jersey City.
