A private funeral service was held Dec. 30 for Rita Landi, 72, of Secaucus, formerly of Hoboken and a former 12 year resident of Iselin. She passed away peacefully at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center in New Brunswick on Dec. 27. She was a retired office manager with Occidental Chemical Company in Jersey City. Rita shall be sadly missed by her daughter Dawn DeSomma; her son Anthony; a brother Arnold; two sisters-in-law, MaryAnn and Grace; nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Arnold; her mother Frances; a brother Joseph, and a sister Louise Mickle. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
