‘A very special thank you’

To the Editor:
A very special thank you to the Bayonne emergency room staff and the staff on the fifth floor. Everybody was so nice and sweet to me, especially Patrick O’Brian, who was kind and nice to me. I told him I was hungry and he got me a turkey sandwich with a juice. Everybody in the emergency room helped me and they saved my life.
In fact, while I was in the hospital, I told them all about the Bayonne Feral Cat Foundation. I wish people would stop badmouthing Bayonne’s hospital and the Bayonne Feral Cat Foundation. I told the staff on the fifth floor all about Kathleen Henderson and what a great job she is doing with the cats.
This is how they saved my life. My blood count was 7.9 and I needed two pints of blood. On the survival form, I put down $100 for the Bayonne Feral Cat Foundation. I support both Bayonne’s hospital and the Bayonne Feral Cat Foundation.
God bless all the staff in Bayonne Medical Center, and God bless Kathleen and Richard Henderson of the Bayonne Feral Cat Foundation and also Gladys, who works with the Bayonne Feral Cat Foundation.
