A funeral mass was celebrated Sept. 28 at Our Lady of Mercy Church, Jersey City, for Lucy (Cocca) (Landis) Sherry, 93, of Lakewood, born in Jersey City. She died Sept. 25.
She was the wife of the late Frank Sherry and the late John Landis; the mother of Margaret Murphy, Linda DeFurge, and the late Arthur Landis and Carol Leahey; the grandmother of 11; the great-grandmother of 18; and the great-great-grandmother of one. Services arranged by Greenville Memorial Home of Jersey City.
