Funeral services were held Sept. 24 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Eleanor Joan Ragland, 64, of Jersey City. She died Sept. 17. She was a long-time employee of the United States Postal Service. She was the wife of Clarence William Ragland Jr.; the mother of Kevin Blue, Eric, Spencer, Celeste and Travis Ragland; the sister of six brothers and three sisters; and the grandmother, aunt, cousin, and friend to many more.
