Funeral services were held Aug. 30 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Jersey City, for Curtis James Jr. He passed away Aug. 22 at Bayonne Hospital. Curtis was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Mason Foreign Legions. He was the husband of Daisy M. James; the father of Claropatria A. Harold, and the late Curtis James III; the son of the late Curtis James Sr. and Cleo James; the brother of Jackie James, Edith King, and Rosalee Roberson; the father-in-law of Sharon James and the late Eddie Lee Harold Sr.; the grandfather of eight; the great-grandfather of nine; and the uncle and friend to many.
