A mass was celebrated Aug. 30 at St. Lawrence Church for Frank Alfano of Union City. He died Aug. 26. He worked for Colgate Palmolive in Jersey City for 17 years, retiring in 1986. He was the husband of the late Josephine (DeCicco); the father of Rosemarie Alfano and husband Anthony, Rocco Alfano and wife Roma, Jerry Alfano and fiancée Elba Rios, and Gina McNaught and husband Kevin; the brother of Antonio Alfano, and is predeceased by a sister and three brothers; and the grandfather of Kristen, Anthony, Kady, Kyle, Kere, Arianna, Victoria, and the late Frank.
