To the Editor:
How lucky we are to live in a community like Bayonne where the city council cares on a human level. The question was answered after a dead squirrel was found outside my back door two weeks ago. I, being squeamish, was unable to have it moved to the curb to be picked up. A kindly gentleman named Michael Enbrick moved it to the curb and had it taken away, all within 24 hours.
Thanks to Mayor Mark Smith, Jason O’Donnell and Gary Chmielewski for this past favor which could have been serious. We have very human employees in City Hall who can solve small and big problems without monetary attachments. This to me is unusual in today’s time.
Thanks to all.
