A mass of Christian burial was offered Aug. 17 at St. Rose Church, Belmar, for Genevieve “Jean” Doyle DiNardo, formerly of Jersey City. She died Aug. 13, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born and raised in Jersey City, Jean lived there and summered in Belmar before moving to Belmar permanently. She was a hospital administrator for Greenville Hospital in Jersey City, where she retired after 35 years. Jean was a renaissance woman who balanced her career and family with ease. Jean was predeceased by her brother John Doyle. Surviving is her husband of 61 years, James Peter DiNardo; two daughters, Roseann Scibetta and her husband Anthony, Catherine Morello and her husband Robert; and four grandchildren: Robert Morello Esq. and his wife Jessica, Anthony Scibetta Esq., Joseph and Justin. She also leaves two brothers, Frank Doyle and his wife Eileen, Robert Doyle and his wife Ann and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Services arranged by the O’Brien Funeral Home, Wall.
