A funeral took place July 22 for Louise Otte. She passed away July 19. Louise was a dedicated homemaker who enjoyed socializing at Frances’ Salon in Union City and her friendship with her hairdresser, Edwin, and was so of her daughter Paramus Councilwoman Maureen O’Brien. She was the wife of 59 years to Raymond; mother of Maureen O’Brien and her husband Patrick; sister of Pauline Lomardi and the late Louis De Stefano and his wife Shirley; grandmother of Marissa and Craig and aunt of several nieces and nephews.
