STATEWIDE — The MTV reality show “Jersey Shore,” which stirred protests from North to South Jersey over its unflattering portrayal of young Italian-Americans in a beach house, returns Thursday for season 2.
The show takes place in Miami this time, rather than Seaside Heights. But the original cast is back. That includes “The Situation,” a guy who promises to keep the house free of “grenades,” or unattractive women who get in the way when cast members try to seduce more attractive women.
The show premieres at 10 p.m.
