A funeral mass was offered July 17 at St. Francis R.C. Church in Hoboken for Maureen L. Auriemma, 63, a lifelong Hoboken resident. She died July 13 peacefully surrounded by her sons. She was a retired food service coordinator for Steven’s Institute of Technology in Hoboken. Maureen will be sadly missed by a host of relatives and friends. Surviving are her four sons, Michael, Mark, Craig, and Christin Auriemma; her sister Julia C. Chichizola, and her grandchildren, Ferhat, Amanda, Christian, Nicole, Natalia, and Gianna, who were a special joy in Maureen’s life. Also surviving are two daughters-in-law, Mercedes and Nazan, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Chickie and Barbara. She was predeceased by two brothers, Charles and William. Services arranged by the Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken.
