A funeral service was held June 29 for Mary E. Segali, 87, of West New York and Manahawkin. She passed away June 25. Born in West New York, she served on the West New York Rent Control board for many years. She was also the secretary to the V.P. of Dry Dock Savings Bank in New York City, a bookkeeper for Balloffet Dye Corp. in North Bergen, the co-owner of the apartment building she resided in West New York and was a homemaker. She was the wife of the late Edward A. Segali Sr.; mother of Edward A.Segali Jr. and his wife Ruth , and the late Jane, Philip E. Segali and his wife Elaine, Elisabeth Clarke and her husband Stephen, Tina Segali and her husband Frank Cocuzza; grandmother of Edward III, Elisabeth, Michael, Christopher, Meredith, Sarah, Thomas, Francesca and Leigh. She is also survived by her sister Elisabeth Morris and eight great-grandchildren. Services arranged by the Vainieri Funeral Home, North Bergen.
