Report: Sbarro to open in Secaucus train station

SECAUCUS — The Times Herald-Record reports that commuters using the Secaucus Junction train station will soon get to enjoy Sbarro pizza and pasta. They noted on Monday, “NJ Transit’s
board approved a five-year lease for about 910 square feet at Secaucus. The tenant, Gateway Coffee Shop Inc., doing business as Sbarro, will pay an annual base rent of $62,400 plus a percentage of gross sales and make $350,000 in upgrades to create the restaurant.”
