State Superior Court reject’s woman’s appeal of case in which she claimed Hoboken cops may have assaulted her

HOBOKEN — The state Superior Court has rejected a woman’s appeal of a lower court’s dismissal of a case in which she said that she was assaulted by three people in Hoboken in 2006, two of which she believed may have been Hoboken police officers.
The actual assailants were never revealed, nor was evidence found that the assailants were police officers. The Superior Court dismissed her appeal, but asked for another look at matters related to the discovery on the case on the lower level.
The information can be found here.
