A funeral took place May 20 at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, Union City, for Migdalia Otero. She passed away May 16. She was the wife of the late Jesus; mother of Javier Garcia and Angela Otero; sister of Angel Luis Melendez, Onelvia Garcia and Manuel Melendez, grandmother of Alejandro Gabriel Otero. She served as Associate Service Coordinator for Liberty Health at the Jersey City Medical Center for many years. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
