HUDSON COUNTY — Attendees can sample diverse food from a variety of great restaurants at the Taste of Hudson event this Thursday night from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Jersey City. All proceeds will benefit Hudson Cradle, a non-profit infant home in Jersey City providing nurturing residential care to foster babies with special health and development needs.
Guests will enjoy creations from the county’s top chefs, as well as live music and a prize drawing. There will also be a special appearance by midday TV and radio personality Egypt Sherrod.
Restaurants participating include Edward’s Steakhouse, Henry’s on the Hudson, the Pointe, Liberty House, the Embankment, Casa Dante, Culinary Arts Institute of HCCC, Komegashi Japanese Restaurant, Light Horse Tavern, Boca Grande Cantina Mexicana, Culinary Conference Cneter, CupCake Salon, 15 Fox Place/Word of Mouth, Karma Kafe, Fabulous Foods, and National Refrescos Import Company.
The event will take place at 77 Hudson, a luxury waterfront condominium tower developed by K. Hovnanian.
