To the Editor:
We wish to extend our sincere thanks to leprechaun Tony De Rosa of Tony’s Primo Pizza for his generous donation of pizzas to the 56th Street Senior Center’s St. Patrick’s Day celebration.
The Senior Orchestra, led by June Sturz, performed, and the audience joined in and sang and danced to the Irish music. Ralph Savo sang a traditional Irish American song, “Danny Boy,” and one Irish lass performed a jig.
A good time was had by all. Thanks again to all who contributed to the party.
