Guttenberg Housing Authority claims it never received request for documents

GUTTENBERG AND BEYOND — After waiting more than seven days for a Open Public Records Act request, the time by law where government bodies must respond, the Reporter contacted the Guttenberg Housing Authority for a response.
On March 8, the Reporter sent a fax requesting a copy of a resolution that hired second attorney Joseph Manfredi for the GHA, and then on March 9 another request was sent asking for a copy of a seemingly secret resolution that was passed on the March 8 meeting, but only referred to by officials as “the contract discussed during closed session” when it was passed.
Assistant Executive Director Fatima Becerril said last week that no one at the office ever received the fax.
So this week, the Reporter hand-delivered another request to the GHA.
