A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Feb.1 at Church of the Nativity, Fair Haven, for Timothy William Stack, 41. He passed away Jan. 27 at RVMC after a courageous battle with cancer. He was formerly of Little Silver, most recently of Monmouth Beach. Timothy was a communicant of Church of the Nativity in Fair Haven. He was the owner and operator of Chocolate Chip Express in Little Silver, a trucking delivery service, and a property inspector for Stack and Stack Real Estate in Hoboken. Timothy was an ambulance driver and a valued member of the Hoboken Volunteer Ambulance Corp. He was also a volunteer with the Sea Bright and South River EMS. Timothy will also be remembered as an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary at Sandy Hook and was recently awarded for serving the most number of volunteer hours in an administrative capacity. Timothy is survived by his parents, Maureen McAleer Stack and William J. Stack, II; two brothers, Maurice J. Stack, II and his wife, Megan of Shrewsbury, Thomas J. Stack of Sea Bright and his fiancé, Laurie Jo Kinsella; two sisters, Teresa S. Pearson and husband, Dana C. of Portsmouth, RI, Shelagh S. Gilbert and husband, Scott T. of Little Silver; his nieces and nephew, Devyn, Camryn and Liam Stack, Blair and Caleigh Gilbert and Bridget Pearson.
