Dear Editor:
This is the 3rd week of the first month of 2010. The new elected Mayor and his council took the charge of the Town Secaucus in the first week of this month.
This team had given many assurances to the residents before the election and when the Mayor took (swore) an oath, he had assured (again) the residents again to provide an economical and transparent administration by joining hands with all who are the well wishers of the Town of Secaucus.
Forget the past. No dirty politics. Learn from the past and think of the future. Accept cooperation and good constructive suggestions from the well wishers. This is the Royal Road of a grand success.
We the residents are glad when we read, “Contracts cut, saving $270K. 100 plus companies bid to work for the Town Hall” and more details in our local paper.
This is well beginning and we know, “Well beginning, is half done”. Mayor Michael Gonnelli gave his words before the election and now we can see, he has started to follow them.
Compliments to you, Mr. Mayor and your team. Hoping more and more during the coming days.
