Funeral mass was celebrated Jan. 20 at St. John the Baptist Church for Mildred E. Ahearn. She passed away Jan. 17 at Hamilton Park Heath Care Center in Jersey City at the age of 90. Mildred was born in Hoboken and resided in Jersey City for most of her life. She was a homemaker and also worked for First Jersey National Bank in Jersey City for 10 years. She was predeceased by her husband, William D. Ahearn. Mildred was the mother of William J. Ahearn and his wife Seton Caulfield Ahearn; the sister of Anne Cardone and Dorothy Castelli; and grandmother of Liam and Caitlin. Services arranged by the McLaughlin Funeral Home, Jersey City.
